Intuition

Trust the antenna wires
Inside you,
Picking up the good and evil
Around you,
Sending warning signals to your brain
To help you avoid the pain
That a human predator brings
Dividing your life with a shark’s fin
As the predator swims
Through, breaking apart
Your heart
And your peaceful waters.
Listen to the songs
Broadcasted from your antenna wires,
For they relay
Both sweet and sour -
And you have the power
To discern those messages apart.
