“Say That” Poetry Night on July 19th in Gahanna, OH

If you are in the Central Ohio area, I encourage you to come to Say That on July 19 at 7 PM. What is Say That, you ask? Say That is a one night poetry event hosted by Kim Hight, who was a featured poet at Poetry in the Spring this past May at Ohio State University. The feature poet at Say That is none other than Vernell Bristow of Writer’s Block Poetry! Vernell is an awesome poet to hear, and there will be an open mic as well. And by the way, there will be appetizers served. So whether you want to perform, listen to awesome poetry, or BOTH, I would encourage you to come out to this one-night only event! I will be there as well, and I will also have my new chapbook there if you’d like to pick up a copy.
