If you want to hear an awesome night of jazz and poetry, come out to Writer’s Block First Draft Night on Friday, July 18 at 8 PM at Kafe Kerouac!. This month’s First Draft will feature poets reading with a jazz band, so be sure NOT to miss this show! There will also be an open mic, and should you *ahem* want to come and read YOUR poetry, you will have the option to read with OR without music. First Draft Night, hosted by Joanna Schroeder, is a night for NEW POETRY ONLY – stuff that has *never* been read in public before – so come out to hear great new poetry or to read your OWN never before performed work!
