Secret Crush

This hay(na)ku chain is the second one I wrote for this week’s Three Word Wednesday prompt – to use the words “avoid”, “class” and “sticky”. I dug into my mental vault back to high school for this one. Enjoy.

—————————————–
I’ve
avoided your
burning acid eyes

which
could lay
me completely bare

in
two looks
or less – despite

my
trembling trepidation
I cannot help

but
stare secretly
in class while

you
scribble away
and slyly pretend

not
to feel
upon your neck

my
eyes like
long distance fingers

I
wonder now
just how sticky

our
two bodies
would be if

one
day they
happened to meet

  9. Thank you, everyone….I don’t write erotic stuff that often, but occasionally that voice needs to come out for fresh air…and I don’t hesitate to let it out.
