This made me laugh. I am not a fan of hot curries but I do know that milk will cool the palate.

Yes, it was damn hot. Almost inedible.
But now I laugh – and remember to carefully measure my curry powder.

I had some mild curry powder so I put a tiny chilli with it and Wow!
I like it hot – and most of the ingriedients for curries etc, grow all around me.

Luckily, living in a large city, I have access to authentic spices and ingredients via several Indian stores about town…
