WHY YOU SHOULD READ NOVENA (REMIXED)
Tell me truly – you all want to touch the sun, don’t you? I know how to make fire. I balance armies of fire on the backs of my arms and use them for wings. You will see me dance. And I will burn until I am spent.
How do you dream? The means to scream is within our own chests. The gleam of dreams is inside your own eyes. Let no one deceive you, my friends: there is no such thing as flying too close to the sun. You intend to recreate the world. If Permanence is what you seek (to last beyond bones, milk, and monuments), then you must explode.
Take this little book home. Watch me dream.
And set your own dreams ablaze, too.

My debut chapbook. A eclectic collection of free and formal verse ranging from the dark and depraved to the hopeful and uplifting.
My second release. A mini-chapbook of four poems, showing a breaking away from traditional forms and an embracement of spoken word influences.
